वि.स. २०७४ बाट सुरु भई वि.स. २०७७ मा विधिवत रुपमा दर्ता भएको यो संस्थाले प्राथमिक उपचार, हाम्रो सरोकार नारा लिई, एक घर, एक प्राथमिक उपचारकको दुरदृष्टि लिई अगाडि बढेको विद्यमान परिस्थितिमा यस संस्थाका संस्थापक अध्यक्ष ओम प्रसाद उप्रेती र उहाको सिंगो सञ्चालक समितिबाट मन, धन, बचन र कर्मले भ्याएसम्म देशको मेचीदेखि महाकालीसम्म प्राथमिक उपचार सम्बन्धी जनचेतना, तालिम लगायतको कार्यक्रम अगाडि बढाईरहेकै छ । यसरी देशभरीबाट हजारौंको संख्यामा तालिम र सचेतनामार्फत सुसूचित गराउँदै आएको छ । यसरी यस संस्थाले लिएको एक घर, एक प्राथमिक उपचारको अवधारणालाई कार्यन्वयन गर्न सिंगो सञ्चालक समितिको मात्र अथक प्रयासबाट कठिन देखिएकोले यस योगदान राष्ट्रको लागि सञ्चालक समितिबाट निर्णय गराई नेपाली जनताद्धारा नेपाली जनताका लागि नेपाली जनताले नै सञ्चालन गर्ने गरी रु.१०० को अभियान सुरु गरिएको छ । यस अभियानबाट उठेको रकमबाट यस संस्थाले देशभरी नै प्राथमिक उपचार सम्बन्धी तालिम, सचेतना कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्नेछ । यस सहयोगको अभियानमा विश्वमै छरेर रहेका नेपालीले योगदान राष्ट्रको बैंक खाता अन्तर्गतको क्युआर कोड मार्फत स्वेच्छिक रुपमा रु.१०० वा स्वइच्छ अनुसार सहयोग गर्न सक्नुहुनेछ ।
